Who we are

This website and the software sold on it are provided by BUTZ MYKING, a Norwegian sole proprietorship, organisation number 928 134 830, trading as BUTZ AUDIO. Registered address: c/o Paal A. Myking, Hopsåsen 39, 5221 Nesttun, Norway. Contact: support@butzaudio.com.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean BUTZ MYKING, and "you" means the person buying or using the software.

Who processes your order

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your payment.

Sales have not opened yet. These terms apply to every order from the day they do.

Products

BUTZ AUDIO sells downloadable audio software. Product pages describe the formats, requirements and tested hosts for each product, and they say which platforms are still in testing. Please check them before you buy. Only buy a product for a platform that its page lists as available.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Pricing page in US dollars. Each product is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Any sales tax or VAT that applies to you is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken by Paddle, which also shows the payment methods available to you.

Delivery

Software is delivered digitally after payment is confirmed. You will receive access to the installer by email, along with any serial number and the installation instructions. Nothing is shipped physically.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a licence to use the software, on the conditions in the End User License Agreement. The licence covers one person on up to 3 computers, and updates throughout version 1 are free.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The Refund Policy explains how, and it forms part of these terms.

Liability

We make the software with care, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or work with every host and system. Keep backups of your projects.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost data or lost income, and our total liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in.

If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@butzaudio.com. Consumers in Norway can also contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) and bring disputes to the Consumer Complaints Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you placed it.
