Refund Policy

14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not need to explain why, and this applies even if you have already downloaded the software.

How to ask for a refund

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles refunds. Use the link in your order confirmation email, go to paddle.net, or email support@butzaudio.com with your order reference and we will help you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. How quickly the money arrives depends on your bank or card provider.

After a refund

When you receive a refund your licence ends, and you must stop using the software and delete it from your computers.

After 14 days

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. If you have a problem, contact us anyway and we will try to put it right.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights. If a product is faulty or does not work as described, you keep the rights that consumer law gives you, also after 14 days. If the law in your country gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase, that right applies as well, and at checkout you are told when it ends for digital content.
