End User License Agreement

Licence grant

BUTZ MYKING, trading as BUTZ AUDIO, gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the software. The software is licensed, not sold.

The licence covers one person on up to 3 computers that you own or control. It has no time limit for the version you bought, unless it ends as described below.

Your music

You own the audio you create with the software. We claim no rights in it and no royalties on it.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, rent or share the software, your licence or any serial number. You may not transfer your licence to someone else without our written permission. You may not reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows it.

Third-party components

The software is built with third-party components, including the JUCE framework and the Steinberg VST3 SDK, which remain the property of their owners. VST is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH.

Updates

Updates throughout version 1 are free. A later major version may be sold separately.

End of the licence

The licence ends if you receive a refund or if you break this agreement. When it ends, you must stop using the software and delete it from your computers.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as described on its product page. As far as the law allows, we give no other warranties, and our liability is limited as set out in the Terms and Conditions. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
